Techno-Detox

"Techno-detoxed and recharged me"

The technology generation has provided us much convenience on our daily life, in whatever field you may think of engineering, medicine, social services, politics just to mention a few. Unfortunately these development comes with a price to pay, among them the ions in the atmosphere that runs in no direction affecting our body's electromagnetic field. The result, a multitude of diseases, which used to be seen among the aged and now even for the young generation is increasing statistically, among them heart and kidney disease, hypertension and cancer.

What technology are we talking about?
Electronic and electrical appliances particularly the microwave oven, computers, televisions and most popular of all the cellular phone which is somehow considered to be inevitable or indisposable for all ages. I remember the time we are already so contented calling somebody with tatlong beinte singko, and you still have to look for a telephone booth, well that was about 30 years back.

Fast Forward considering that the Phillippines is being considered as the text capital of the world, sad to say we may still be expecting higher incidence of those kind of diseases which will affect the younger generation.
To address this " TECH-DETOX ", beyond cleansing of our biological body, it is about time to learn how to cleanse our own electromagnetic field for disease prevention.

Creating awareness to the ill effects of ELECTROMAGNETIC SMOG so as maintaining healthy EMF or electromagnetic field is one of my goal.

In some of my articles here, I talked about Mechanical,  Internal  and Mental Detox, ( we are talking a lot of detoxifications here). There is one more important "toxins" that we should be aware of,  due to fast-paced lifestyle and the rise of modern technologies and gadgets, there is this so-called "Techno-detox" coined  in this era of technologies and gadgets in answer to treat electro-magnetic pollutants. I had a great deal of learning about this so called electro-magnetic pollutants way back 1999.

With me is Alex a friend from Mexico City and Connie Rodis where I learned a great deal of HK.
This Photo is taken 1999 at the food tent during a Spiritual conference and retreat
@ Summit University in Montana, USA.
I first heard of electro-magnetic pollutants/toxins from HK (Health Kinesiology) practitioner friend Ms. Connie Rodis from Montana, USA, a Filipino-American.  I met her and become close friend during a spiritual retreat in Royal Teton Ranch in Montana. I used to have HK treatment and a bit of training from her and it was amazing knowing that we could actually talk to our body and ask our body which is bad or not for us and very specific! using our own electro-magnetic field and currents. She said she used to be very weak and sickly and in a state of almost her life force is being snuff out  due to exposure to too much electronic appliances at home and electronic equipments at work. According to her, her treatment using HK bring her life back and so she studied it and became a practitioner. I know her  very well, but  unlike me, she is not into so much gadgets and "wired", so I wonder where she is now.  I know why, she is trying as much as she can to be away from "electro-magnetic pollutants" because her body is very sensitive to the energy from this gadgets and could also affect our energy balance. In the studies of HK (Health Kinesiology) it is a big no. I learned so much from my friend on how a simple electrical apparatus, electric currents, appliances could affect our health, psyche and well-being.

Many people are sickly, lethargic, have a low self esteem, vibrancy and energy  because of the "short-circuits" of electrical current and impulses brought about by modern gadgets and appliances. Did you know a simple laptop can cause infertility? Did you know that electrical wires/posts near your window or bedroom  could affect your sleep pattern?  so if your room or house is near electrical post, it could affect your well-being and even psyche, well, that is debatable, but again be safe than sorry, don't put laptop on your lap! the heat and electrical energy radiation emitted by laptop concentrate on your reproductive organs and could make it sterile. Could it be a reason for  the population's (specially those in corporate and IT world) low fertility rate this day? I noticed in my country those who live without these stuffs like the slum areas has more children, while most of those corporate couples having a hard time having children, this is just my speculation but a good thought to ponder, so use a table for your laptops and keep it away from you as much as you can. There are these electro-magnetic pollutants that we don't know and see but we can feel and manifest a body reactions, take for example now, they found out that mobile phones (cell phones) could cause brain tumors/cancers, but no one could live without it these days anymore, it is a must for everyone, unless we would like to live a hermetic life in the mountains. The thing is we could still keep a balance energy by doing at least a "Techno-Detox" once in a while.

That is the concept of this idea, to keep away once in a while from electro-magnetic pollutants, and spend much time with nature. Technology is great but there are price to pay also. I have noticed that with all the technologies available, my mind and brain activity became lazy, I can't think hard enough, everything is too visual that left nothing for my imagination and brain activity, somehow we lack mental exercises. I experimented on this, I went to a health  farm at the top of the mountain (the farm is encouraging a techno-detox for its guests) and tried not to bring any laptop, mobile phones, even radio or anything electronic and just relax, enjoy nature sounds and my mind appear clearer. I could have vivid memories of pasts, recall events, names and I felt my mind is sharper, I can visualized better without the aid of electronic media, somehow I had a mental detox as well, letting go some phone calls and deal with them later, it just "frees" my mind.
(Nothing beats the relaxing sleep and waking up feeling refreshed and energized in the farm, hearing only the sounds of nature: real sound of streaming waterfalls, chirping of birds, swaying of bamboo trees etc. Happiness. )

I encourage everyone, especially those "techie" people to try it, to not let technology run or rules your life, once in a while it is good to  be free from these gadgets and modern technologies and just be with yourself and take time to nurture our  "nature deficiency syndrome". :-)

Weight Loss Secrets/Habits

If you want to lose weight, it is absolutely imperative that you EAT A SUBSTANTIAL BREAKFAST.  The facts are clear. The vast majority of people who are thin eat breakfast, the vast majority of people who are overweight eat no breakfast or a very light breakfast. people who are overweight generally have a slow metabolism. In order to get your metabolism moving, one of the most important thing you can do is eat a substantial breakfast.

There are two elements here: (1) you must eat a substantial breakfast, and (2). you must eat the right kind of foods that make your metabolism go up and get your body burning fat instead of eating food that causes your body to retain fat and gain weight. Is there a best breakfast? Everything you eat for breakfast must be organic and unprocessed. It cannot, generally speaking, be out of the box or from a company that is publicly traded corporation, I can assure you that there are ingredients in the food that are not listed on the label. I can assure you that these companies are secretly putting in the food to increase your appetite, get you physically addicted to the food, and make you fat. So, with that in mind, here are some good foods that you can eat for breakfast:

1. Meats. Eat organic beef, lamb, chicken. make sure these are real cuts of meats and not deli-type meats or any type of processed meats.

2. Fish. Wild salmon, sardines, tuna etc.

3. Fruits. Grapefruits, apples, pears, strawberries, blueberries, plums, peaches, and apricots. Make sure the fruits are fresh and not dried, as always make sure they are organic. Stay away from Bananas (non tropical countries) as they have a tendency to make you gain weight. If you must have milk with your breakfast, make sure it is organic and ideally raw milk that has not been pasteurized or homogenized.

4. Try to add this ingredients/ spices  into your menu to increase metabolism (Metabolism movers): Green tea, Chillis, Almomds, Spinach, Turmeric, Cabbage, Brocoli.

5. Losing weight is not all about diets, STARVATION is not the way to go, although fasting is good for the body and a cleansing process, it should not be done during a diet regimen or do it once in a while only. Starvation rebounds as hunger and tendency to eat more after , the key is choosing the right food, know your good carbs, good fats (olive oil or coconut oil), know about soluble and insoluble high fiber foods, low salt (sodium) food, too much sodium makes your body retain more water, so the feeling of bloatedness, avoid processed food like canned foods, bottled foods and drinks they have more sodium content no matter how healthy they claim they are, due to preservatives, artificial flavors and ingredients.

6. Avoid simple sugars like sucrose, high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners such as sucralose, and aspartame. Soda, iced tea, powdered and bottled drinks in the market has a lot sugars on it, train yourself to drink more water specially before eating so you  will feel full and eat only a little,.

Example of a breakfast menu:

Scrambled eggs with side of smoked salmon, or lamb chops or sardines or small steak.
Use fertile eggs and use olive oil for frying, use sea salt.

My best and  favorite breakfast egg recipe:
Spinach and buttons mushroom sauteed with garlic, onions and olive oil and put some beaten eggs a la frittata or omelet .

Uncooked ripe banana (saba type-common in the PH)  and boiled camote (sweet yam) is also a source of good carbs.

The food gives energy, which is what food supposed to do . You will noticed, when people eat, most people will get tired, gassy, bloated, constipated and lethargic after a meal. Food is supposed to give you energy. Food is supposed to be fuel. If after a meal you aren't filled with energy, then there is something wrong with that food, or you are so toxic and full of candida that the food cannot be used as fuel. Therefore you must do your candida cleanse and colon cleanse. Taking some digestive enzymes with your meal will prevent you from having any acid reflux or heartburn  prevents gas and allows the food to digest better.

Example of some of my breakfast when I'm in the mood for losing weight: These breakfast makes me fuller, non-fattening,  loaded with nutrition and fibers, gives me more energy, easy to prepare and easy on the pocket. (photos courtesy of yours truly)

Miso soup for breakfast is also a complete meal, good alternative for morning coffee

Rice-chicken porridge or Lugaw (porridge uses less rice than regular meals with rice) with ginger and saffron, chicken induce body heat that increase metabolism

Cabbage soup in beef broth, with potatoes and ginger, a good metabolism mover

Yellow and White Corn soup meal with ground beef and lots of Malunggay (Moringa)

Sleep well:

Did you know that adequate sleep is an important part of a weight loss plan and should be added to the recommended mix of diet and exercise?

Other supplements you may add:

Organic, Unrefined Virgin Cocconut Oil:
All you have to do is take 1 tablespoon of VCO in the morning and late afternoon before meals.

Salsa/Hot peppers:
Hot peppers increased metabolism, Increased metabolism means you burn more fat. It means you have more vitality and energy in your body.

Apple Cider Vinegar:
Take a tablespoon of raw organic ACV before each meal. this will increase the fat-burning furnace in your body and allow you to start burning stored fat. It works for me and ACV has many health benefits as well, losing weight is just a bonus.

Gren Tea: Drink hot green tea after every meal.: Fat burner

Coffee is not bad at all as long as you take it without sugar and cream that lessen the antioxidant property, also when I say coffee it should be freshly ground brewed organic coffee beans , not the instant coffee or 3-in-1 type. Instant coffee has fake aroma, full of sugars and artificial sweeteners, preservatives, anti-caking agents and artifical flavorings etc. A cup a day is good for me.

Ecarma (Narra Bark Tea) after meals: Very effective in lowering sugar and fatty acids, and reducing weight.

Hibiscus (Gumamela)Tea: Bed time: Increase Lipolysis- conversion of stored fats into energy

ON LUNCH TIME:
I do eat anything for lunch as long as not too much, a cup of rice is fine.

ON DINNER:

I will highly advise that we avoid midnight snacks and late dinners , our internal organs like the digestive system and liver need to  rest as well and detoxify during sleep, if we do so, it will be stressful to them and might not able to digest, process and metabolize food properly, the tendency is to store it as glycogen specially in midsection of our body (belly).

The after six diet is true, we should not be taking food after six o'clock, if we may have to do so,  not before 10PM,  choose a very light meal such as green salads, hard boiled eggs, fruits such as whole pineapple (as I sometimes do), no rice.

Eat as raw and natural as possible is also the key.

Some of diet and cleansing regimens I tried that actually work:
Lemons (Master Cleans/Burrough's diet):

Well, common-sense dictates that exercise is necessary, if you want to consider losing weight seriously:

Here are some of  the best exercise I recommend as starter, did you know that proper walking and stretching can give the same level of calorie-burning effect  of going to the gym and some fitness training? try these:

As I mentioned above, avoid processed  and fast foods, you don't want to be like David in the picture, right?

How to Fight Diabetes Naturally

Well, I am not a Diabetic, but members of family is not spared by this condition.  It's  not even in family history but family history is not relevant these days, no one is really safe because our environment and lifestyle makes us ill.

I just read in the papers that Diabetes is a complication / side effects of taking too much or long maintenance from anti-hypertensive and lipids (statins) drugs.

I agree because I also observed to friends and family members who's taking too much medications and prolonged use of these maintenance drugs developed diabetes and that was sad and alarming. Also the lifestyle and eating habits of mostly processed carbohydrates like white sugar, flour and pasta. Sugar is everywhere in soda drinks, breads, pastries, cakes, candies, bottled juice drinks, fruit snacks, and so on. Too much of these can stressed our pancreas to produce more insulin.

I created a design to combat diabetes naturally as possible to help friends and family members with limited financial resources. Here are my options:

1. If you are a Type "O" individual you must  go on a strict low carbohydrate diet, it was noted that type "O" person has a poor metabolism of carbohydrates and tend to store more glycogen in the body and are prone to diabetes and getting obese.

2. One misconception about hyperglycemia according to my friend Dr. Sonny Viloria is that sweet fruits will  increases your blood glucose. But he said no,  as long as you take the fruits in its freshest form (not bottled, processed or canned), because mostly of fruit sugar is fructose which is different from glucose which causes diabetes, so go and eat fresh fruits in moderation of course.

3. Moderation in everything is the key, low fat, low salt, high fiber diet helps a lot, avoid diet rich in processed carbohydrates but instead choose whole grains as substitute like brown rice, red rice or unpolished rice, these kind of rice is slowly metabolized compared to the white rice so there is gradual release of glucose when it breaks down, no shoot up,  banana and camote (and other root crops) are good source of carbohydrates for diabetic. Obesity is a contributing factors for diabetes especially the type 2 non insulin dependent.

4. Have an OGTT (Oral Glucose Tolerance Test) it is the best test to diagnose diabetes, it is a combination of Fasting (FBS), and Post-Prandial Blood Sugar test (PPBS) and Oral Glucose Challenge Test (OGCT). It can monitor if you have poor sugar metabolism even though you have a normal FBS.

HgBA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin) test is to monitor the average sugar level for the past 3 months, our blood cells undergo a glycosylation process in times we have a high sugar levels, so even if you have a normal FBS today and you have a high HgBA1C it means your sugar levels are poorly controlled or you could be cheating on your diet.

Panutsa or Raw Sugar better than white sugar
5. Low glycemic index sugar substitute I would like to recommend:

Agave sweetener, it is a natural sweetener from Agave plant from Mexico. Coco nectar is a natural sugar from coconut flowers, Stevia is also a herbal sweetener, it is easily to grow and when dried and powdered has the same sweetness of commercial white sugar.

Honey  as long as it is wild, raw, pure and unfiltered, preferably highland honey, because some commercially available honey in the supermarket I am anxious if they are really pure, I heard some added sugar or those cultured honey bees are fed with sugars, so be careful in choosing and buying honey.

Muscovado sugar is less adulterated and processed so I preferably use this one than white sugar and less expensive from the previously mentioned sweetener, or if you can train your taste bud without sweets much better. Please please avoid artificial sweeteners like aspartame, nutrasweet  splenda.  in the US, studies showed it is said to be the culprit of Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis and Alzheimer's diseases.

The local raw sugar (Muscovado) or "panutsa" in Tagalog, though it is very sweet, is natural, pure and it is safer than white sugar, because processed white sugar is bleached, chemically treated and all the nutrients are washed out with nothing left, only the sweet taste of C12H22O11,  but if you can't avoid white sugar,  use in moderation.

6.  Herbal supplements (available in fresh, dried and capsule) and Healing Modality that is  good in lowering sugars are :

Narra bark, taken the inner bark of Narra tree and boil makes a good tea and health drink, it not only lower glucose but also cholesterol and boost immune system. our country is exporting it to Africa and use it for their AIDS patients. Commercially available in Mercury drugstores as ECARMA  tea and capsules. I tried it and really good, also makes me lose weight .

Taheebo (La Pachol) can lower blood sugar levels and have lots of other health benefits.

Banaba tea is also really good, as a matter of fact my old relatives used to boil this as their health maintenance when I was a kid.

Ampalaya tea is also proven by the Department of health to lower blood sugar so you may dried the leaves and boil and drink it, ampalaya leaves are also great garnishing for cooking like in corn soup, sardines and monggo dishes.

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) when taken internally (2 tbps in a glass of water) 3X a day it is a powerful alternative to bring that sugar level to normal, I had proven this with my own family members, example are my diabetic brother religiously drink it and lowers the sugar levels dramatically.

IV Laser Therapy for Diabetes (a non-pharmacologic approach):

Neem Tree Leaves is also very good for lowering blood sugar:

Cinnamon cures Diabetes: Recent studies on cinnamon suggest that it can help maintain blood sugar levels at a consistent area. According to Dr. Youngsoo Kim who showed the research from the University of Calgary .

7. Exercise and morning sun to burn those calories, excess sugars and store glycogen and also to stimulate our pancreas, no need for strenuous exercise a simple brisk walking will do.

8. Our circulatory and nervous system are affected by diabetes it makes our nerves, veins and  arteries hardened, so my Doctor friend suggest a lukewarm foot soak as often as possible. I also recommend this to my family since some of them are complaining of numbness and loss of sensitivity in their limbs and feet. Soak feet in lukewarm water for 30 mins to 1 hour, you may add epsom salt or sea salt for a more detoxifying action. It "awakens" our nerves and veins according to my friend and improved blood circulation. Long term diabetes could damage our kidneys and the eyes (diabetic retinopathy) so make sure it was under control and our circulation good always.

9. Regular detoxification and cleansing also help, consult a health practitioner in choosing the right detox programs for you., regularly check and monitor improvements and blood sugar levels it helps you to make an evaluation and trend on how your diabetes is improving or worsening.

10. Avoid too much dependence on anti-cholesterol, anti-hypertensive and steroids medications, long term use of these drugs causes diabetes, try to reduce cholesterol and HBP the natural way.

Recommended diet for Diabetic:

1. Macrobiotic diet
2. South Beach diet.
3. Blood Type diet

Dr. Mao's Secrets of Longevity

Dr. Mao's Secrets of Longevity

Centenarian Tips for a Long Life

Everyone would love to live to a ripe old age, but not if it means looking and feeling like an over-ripe old vegetable. We need to understand that though getting older is inevitable, getting decrepit is not.

Being bent in half and wheeling around an oxygen tank should not be what we picture when we hear the phrase "the golden years." I have seen centenarians around the world who defy our stereotypes of the aging experience.

In fact, 20 years ago, while in Shanghai, I took note of the thousands of seniors - a great many of them centenarians - meeting up in parks each morning to practice tai chi. I was truly amazed by their agility, sharp minds, and overall state of health.

Intrigued by this discovery, I began studying the lifestyle of centenarians around the world and anti-aging therapies. I combined these discoveries and uncovered the secrets to longevity. Here are a few secrets that will have you looking forward to your 100th birthday!

Tai Chi: An Exercise in Anti-aging

Tai chi, the choreographed meditative exercises that have been a healing art in China for thousands of years, is practiced by over 100 million people worldwide and owes its popularity to a simple fact - it's enjoyable and it makes you stronger.

Recent studies confirm that when practiced regularly - 30 minutes, three times a week - it has numerous health benefits including: increased energy, decreased stress, an immunity boost against viruses, lowered blood pressure, better cognitive functioning, increased joint mobility, an improved cholesterol profile, relief from fibromyalgia symptoms, and even a better night's sleep.

It also increases leg muscle strength and provides better balance and posture. Perhaps the best part is that tai chi is a gentle exercise that can be performed by anyone at any age. Click here to find out more about tai chi.

Centenarians I have met also take advantage of other rejuvenation techniques the Chinese have known for thousands of years - like acupuncture, acupressure, and energy healing that increase energy, promote health, and balance the body and the mind.

Diet: The Cornerstone of Longevity

It is no surprise that diet is an essential factor to health and longevity. So what should you be eating? In my studies, I found that the centenarians of two reputed "longevity capitals" - Okinawa, Japan, and Rugao County, a rural community four hours north of Shanghai - shared a nearly identical diet.

These long-lifers eat mostly fish, vegetables, mushrooms, seaweed, corn, and buckwheat - and virtually no meat. Scientists have confirmed the health benefits of a diet high in fish and vegetables and low in animal products. These centenarians are living examples, as they suffer from very little heart and liver disease and have negligible rates of cancer and degenerative diseases.

Environ-Mentality

When it comes to longevity, environment is half of the equation. From the verdant valleys of Ecuador to the rugged mountains of Armenia to the pristine foothills of the Himalayas, centenarians live in environments that exhibit the same characteristics: clean air, good water, low stress, close communities, and unspoiled nature.

Take a tip from these centenarians and drink only clean, filtered water. Connect with your community in a positive way. Find every way you can to bring nature into your life, from planting more trees in your area to more plants in your home.

Avoid the environmental factors that are damaging to our wellbeing and know what to look out for. Just a few things to avoid include xenoestrogens, which are present just about everywhere, pesticides used on vegetables, hormones injected into meats and poultry, phthalates leaching from plastic bottles, and dioxins from bleached paper products. You can avoid these chemical compounds if you buy organic foods and use glass containers and unbleached paper products.

Keep it Simple!

Centenarians' lifestyles are simple. The centenarians I have known lead active lives and get plenty of rest. They are dedicated lifelong learners and avid travelers. Enjoy your years and you will have many more years to enjoy!

I hope these suggestions further your longevity goals! I invite you to visit often and share your own personal health and longevity tips with me.

May you live long, live strong, and live happy!

Aspartame- The Silent Killer

Some Brands that use Aspartame

Aspartame (Nutrasweet) is an artificial sweetener. it is classified as an excitotoxin. It has similar effects on the body as monosodium glutamate (MSG). It amazes me how many people that I know will sit and order a diet soda! Diet soda are loaded with artificial sweeteners. The new artificial sweetener is Splenda. This should be avoided at all costs as well. For more information on the danger of Splenda go to www.thetruthaboutsplenda.com. Splenda is starting to replace aspartame as an artificial sweetener of choice. The reason is the research is now becoming so conclusive that food manufacturers needed another artificial sweeteners that has the same qualities as aspartame. The qualities the manufacturers were looking for specifically are:
1. sweetener that didn't have any calories, this way they could market it as diet products, and market it as a way to make you lose weight when in fact these artificial sweeteners make you gain weight.
2. It is also needed to be chemically addicting. That's right, these food manufacturers specifically want an artificial sweetener thats get you physically and chemically addicted. They needed it to act like a drug similar to cocaine or heroine where if you didn't get it you would feel bad, be depressed, and need more. This ensures their sales.
3. They also needed a substance that had a shelf life of 10-15 years, this way they didn't have to worry about spoilage, thus increasing their profits.
4. They needed a product that could be made for virtually nothing, they needed something that was cheaper than sugar.

But why is it still in the market? why is FDA and CDC silent about it, the reason is obvious, This artificial sweeteners sponsored the Diabetic associations and programs, so how can Doctors go against them?

Some of the brands that use Aspartame

ASPARTAME - THE SILENT KILLER (by Ron Harder)

For those who take Ricola & Fisherman, please note that they both contain Aspartame - the silent killer.

Fisherman Sweets
FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO EAT FISHERMAN SWEETS BE CAREFUL: Sugar free products contain ASPARTAME .. So don't consume Sugar free product esp. 'fisherman sweets'

To those who prefer to consume artificial flavoring:

There is an epidemic across North America today of Multiple Sclerosis and Lupus. Most people do not understand why this epidemic is happening, and they do not know why these diseases are so rampant. I would like to share with you the main reason we are having this very serious problem. Many people today use artificial sweeteners in their tea or coffee.

They do this because the ads they see on TV tell them that sugar is bad for their health. This is absolutely true. Sugar is toxic to us, but what most people use as a replacement for sugar is much more deadly. I am talking about ASPARTAME. It is the cause of the epidemic that was mentioned above. ASPARTAME is an extremely toxic chemical that is produced by a chemical company called Monsanto.

ASPARTAME is being marketed around the world as a sugar substitute and is found in all diet soft drinks, such as Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi. It is also found in artificial sweeteners such as NutraSweet, Equal, and Spoonful; and it is used in many other products as a sugar replacement.

ASPARTAME is marketed as a diet product, but it is not a diet product at all. In fact, it will cause you to GAIN weight because it makes you crave carbohydrates. Causing you to gain weight is only a very small part of what ASPARTAME does. It is a toxic chemical that changes the brain's chemistry. It can and does cause severe seizures.

This chemical changes the dopamine level in the brain, and it is particularly deadly for anyone suffering from Parkinson's disease.

ASPARTAME is extremely poisonous, and here is why one of the toxic ingredients of it is wood alcohol. When the temperature of ASPARTAME exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in it is converted to Formaldehyde, and then to formic acid, which in turn causes folic acidosis.

FORMALDEHYDE is grouped in the same class of poisons as Cyanide and Arsenic which are very deadly toxins. The only difference is, Formaldehyde kills quietly, and it takes a little longer. And, in the process of killing people, it causes all kinds of neurological problems. There are 92 documented symptoms of Aspartame Poisoning leading to coma and death.

The majority of these symptoms are neurological, because the ASPARTAME attacks and destroys the nervous system. One of these symptoms is Lupus, which has become almost as rampant as Multiple Sclerosis, especially with Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi drinkers.

Here are the reasons why you have to avoid soda (soft drinks) aside from aspartame and caffeine. (Click on the picture to enlarge)

"The legalization of aspartame (Equal and NutraSweet), linked to a host of illnesses from impotency to brain cancer, has engendered many conspiracy theories. Donald Rumsfeld was the CEO of G. D. Searle & Company, manufacturer of aspartame, throughout the regulatory period that approved its use in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Thanks to his clout, aspartame finally entered the food stream in 1982." - Adam Leith Gollne, The Fruit Hunters: A Story of Nature, Adventure, Commerce and Obsession

Mayor Bloomberg's soda ban will only PUSH more people to drink ASPARTAME! Why? Because the ban doesn't affect diet sodas. Hilarious!
